Company founder Rob Petroelje's vision was to create a unique firm in which team members have opportunities to excel and clients continue to benefit from long term value. V3 was the result.
With a strong work ethic, Petroelje, a registered professional engineer, developed V3 with a clear foundation: values, purpose and competency. In 1983, he started SDI Consultants, Ltd, a civil engineering firm. In 2000, SDI was renamed V3, and was organized into distinct practice areas and regional offices to meet the design and construction objectives the firm set out to achieve.
V3’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is major evidence of its “share-the-success” philosophy that affords all employees the reality of coming to work as an owner. V3 lives by a performance and commitment standard that motivates and drives its teams actions both now and into the future.
