V3 is pleased to announce the opening of its new corporate office, the V3 Corporate Center, located at 1048 North 44th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85008. The new facility includes almost 20,000 square feet of office space with notable building amenities.

Landmark Engineering, Inc., and V3 Companies Ltd. (V3), merged in January 2006. With aligned corporate cultures, this merger created a strong, efficient organization, bringing clients expanded services with considerable local experience. The Phoenix office consists of a workforce of 85 with expertise in all areas of land development, planning, water resources, public infrastructure, and survey.
Jim Lemon, Managing Principal of V3’s Arizona operations said, “This move into new headquarters completes another chapter in our merger with V3. Our accessibility to clients, employees and business partners will be enhanced, and we will be poised to continue to grow the Phoenix organization to better serve the needs of our clients.”

With the opening of the new V3 Corporate Center, V3/Landmark Engineering will begin doing business as V3 Companies of Arizona Ltd. (V3). An open house in October will showcase the new office to its clients and friends
