Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane on Randall Road from Dean Street to Oak Street from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for one day on Thursday August 31, 2006 while new concrete pavement is being placed. Major delays are to be expected. Flaggers will be stopping traffic at various points in the operation to allow trucks and machinery access to and from the pavement areas.

Please minimize travel or avoid the construction area along Randall Road Use of alternate
