A Bit About Me

I grew up in western Michigan; these days I cheer for the Chicago Blackhawks and Cubs, and the Detroit Tigers and Lions. I enjoy fishing and hunting ... but with a young family it's hard to find time to do that anymore!

Current Role

Ted is responsible for the oversight of the Land Development Practice Area and the delivery of residential, commercial, recreational and institutional projects from feasibility through final design, permitting and construction.

Experience & Education

Ted has 28 years of civil engineering experience, primarily on site development projects. He Joined V3 companies in 1998 and focuses on civil engineering of site development projects. He is proficient in storm water management and hydrologic/hydraulic design and has completed projects requiring approvals from IDOT, INDOT, FEMA, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, various county stormwater management commissions, highway departments, USACE and various municipalities.

He┬áhas a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Calvin College, and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Washington, Wisconsin and Alberta, Canada. He is registered with both National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying – US and International. Ted is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Lambda Alpha International and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
