High 5! – Employee Recognition Program

V3 knows how important it is to recognize our peers. Our High 5! Program was created to provide employees with a way to say thank you to their coworkers and to allow supervisors another outlet to recognize and reward outstanding performance. When employees receive a High 5, it includes a small monetary award that they can redeem immediately through Amazon or accrue and redeem at a later date. It’s just one more way to say “thanks.”

REVITALIZE – Wellness Program

V3 cares about our employees’ health! Our voluntary REVITALIZE Wellness Program provides tools to help employees and spouses adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles. The program offers various wellness activities throughout the year such as educational seminars, friendly walking competitions, overall wellbeing challenges and much more! As employees and spouses participate in these activities, they accumulate incentive points that can qualify them to earn an annual monetary reward and win various raffle prizes!

V3 Social Responsibility Program | Doing our Part

The VSR Program offers employees the opportunity to volunteer their time and expertise to charitable organizations during the work week. V3 has selected five partner organizations providing benefits and services related to our professional expertise. Employees are alerted to a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year. In addition to their vacation time off, V3 provides employees with paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO). Full-time employees are eligible for eight hours of VTO per year and regular part-time employees are eligible for four hours.




Mentoring Program

The Career Mentoring Program is designed to help employees advance their careers through guidance and professional leadership from a mentor. Should an employee choose to participate, their V3 mentor will share their career experiences and business perspectives and provide one-on-one counsel to help the employee enhance their skills, knowledge and abilities.


V3 recognizes that training is essential for our staff to continue its professional development and to ensure the long-term growth of the firm. We are committed to providing employees with ongoing training and development opportunities that range from “on-the-job” training and lunchtime seminars to technical, software and customized training programs, as well as a regular slate of seminars, webinars and conferences.


Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is a core element of V3’s culture. We regularly hold social events for staff to provide opportunities for employees to socialize with their coworkers. V3 Social Events have included ice cream socials, food truck lunches, social mixers and barbecues. Family events have included baseball games, trick-or-treating for kids or a night out at a family entertainment center.
