Nestled in the Nebraska countryside, Arbor Links is Dormie Network’s first club — a 300-acre golf haven featuring an Arnold Palmer-designed 18-hole course in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation. Our work focused on enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful planning and design, transforming Arbor Links into a premier destination for large golf groups and corporate outings.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:

Existing Lodging & Clubhouse Enhancements
We provided landscape improvements for 12 existing cottages, the clubhouse, and the halfway house/comfort station, creating inviting outdoor spaces that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

Northwoods Complex Comprehensive Planning & Design
We led planning, design, and construction administration for the Northwoods Complex, a new lodging phase featuring:

• Palmer Lodge: A 12-bedroom retreat for large groups.
• Arnie’s Cottage: An 8-bedroom accommodation with upscale amenities.
• Owner’s Cottage: A luxurious 4-bedroom escape.
  

Experiential Features
We designed each cottage to overlook a private golf hole, complete with teeing areas off the rear terrace. Guests can gather in this illuminated nighttime complex to relax by the fire, enjoy a beverage, and trade golf shots into the short par-three hole.
