Where We’ve Been…
In 1983, our founder Rob Petroelje had a vision of a different approach for an entrepreneurial firm where every team member would have a voice, every client would receive long-term value, and success would be shared by all. His dream has become an award-winning firm known for industry leadership in both culture and project excellence.
Buoyed by the strength of the Chicagoland private development market in the 1980s, the firm quickly achieved stability and a reputation for quality work. Through the 1990s, expansion occurred through the addition of various service lines that exist in our firm today. With a diverse offering of services in place, recent growth has been focused on regional diversification of markets to new and growing regions of the US and Canada.
Underpinning this journey has been the core values, employee ownership, and work environment where employees are respected, challenged, and appreciated.
