Chester Park

Located along US Highway 321 and Dawson drive, the 110 acres site included 5 existing fields. The project scope included soccer fields in the northwest corner, new walking trails, associated parking, outdoor pavilions and playgrounds, and renovations to an existing clubhouse building. Our team also provided construction documents and permitting for Phase 1, which consisted of 2 baseball fields along the eastern portion of the property as depicted in the master plan. The first phase was completed in 2016.
