Stillwell Jerome

This 20-acre build-to-rent community—located in the master-planned Jerome Village Development—was intentionally designed with as much common park space as possible. The project included 230 free standing rental units, a club house and amenity building, as well as green spaces throughout. We provided full civil engineering design and surveying services for the project including zoning approvals, utility design, grading, storm water management, and construction layout. Due to Ohio’s clay soils and low infiltration rates, drainage was especially challenging between the units as they are very close together. To provide the necessary storage, our team designed more than 500 yards of drains throughout the site.
