This project focused on enabling the development of a large industrial subdivision adjacent to major transportation and utility corridors while addressing complex access, land acquisition, and pipeline constraints. We partnered with the client from early planning through subdivision approval and registration, providing survey, advisory, and planning services that supported design decisions, navigated regulatory requirements, and positioned the site for successful development.

Early Due Diligence & Site Understanding
We provided upfront advisory services and completed a detailed topographic survey to support initial design and feasibility discussions, helping the client make informed decisions early in the process.

Subdivision Planning & Approvals
We prepared the Tentative Plan in support of the Subdivision Application and worked through the approval process to move the project forward efficiently and with confidence.

Plan Preparation & Registration
Following approval, we prepared the full suite of plans required to implement the subdivision, including road, subdivision, utility, access, and pipeline right‑of‑way plans. We also assisted with clearing existing title instruments and creating and registering new instruments to establish the final parcel layout.

Transactional Survey Support
To support the sale of the largest newly created parcel, we completed an ALTA Survey, providing the purchaser with the clarity and assurance needed to move forward.
