Atrium Health Pineville is a healthcare hub for South Charlotte and its surrounding areas, providing a wide variety of state-of-the-art services. The Pineville Medical Plaza II—located at the intersection of Park Road and Pineville-Matthews Road—was the next step in expanding care access. Our team provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the 110,000-square-foot medical office, as well as the challenging expansion to the existing 660 car parking deck. Coordination with the project team was essential in the initial phases to implement a successful design, and today this facility welcomes patients with modern offices and calming landscaping.
