Crossridge Inspirations Ministries is a large non-profit focused on faith-based TV, movie, and video content. Our team was hired to help develop real estate and a large Class A office for the ministry on their owned land. The initial master plan provided by the project civil didn’t address the extreme topography and other site challenges, so we stepped in with more realistic direction and design. We studied multiple site locations and iterations to determine the best long-term location as it related to future development. Other services included landscape design, monument signage design, and hardscape design for a large rear plaza. In the end, we helped our client provide useful amenities to attract tenants in the very competitive Ballantyne and Indian Land area.
