Elmhurst Memorial Addison Health Center
Elmhurst Memorial Addison Health Center was an immediate-care service facility that had outgrown its space. During expansion, project construction had to be phased out so that the existing building could remain in operation during the construction of the new building. We provided site engineering services for this project, which required close coordination with the owner and contractor, as well as detailed phasing plans. Also included was the design of a stormwater management facility and sports field on the adjacent Addison School District property. Today the 60,000-square-foot outpatient facility and 190-stall parking lot better serves local patients seeking convenient care.
