Estates at Towne Meadows
The Estates at Towne Meadows is a 44-lot, single-family residential subdivision in Carmel, IN. Built on land purchased from the University High School and located in the highly sought-after Carmel-Clay school district, the site included a shared, partially built detention system that had developed into a jurisdictional wetland over the past two decades. We worked with the developer and school to enhance the existing wetland and convert it into an educational feature, adding benefit for the local community and environment. By weaving stormwater management solutions throughout the neighborhood, our team contributed to efficient yet aesthetically pleasing surroundings for the high-end neighborhood development.
