Intermodal Facility & Logistics Park

This project creates a state-of-the-art intermodal facility and logistics park designed to streamline freight movement and support regional economic growth. We partnered with Canadian National Railroad to deliver innovative solutions for a complex site featuring multiple 6,000-foot working tracks with a rail loop for trains up to 12,000 feet long, automated electric-powered gantry cranes, and advanced gate systems for efficient truck flow. At full build-out, the facility will be able to handle up to 1,000,000 container lifts and connect seamlessly to a 550-acre logistics park. Our role included overcoming challenges such as utility coordination and roadway improvements across local and state networks.
