As part of our ongoing partnership with Martin Marietta Materials, we developed and are implementing a Bridge Management Program (BMP) to ensure the safety and longevity of critical infrastructure, including a 350-foot railway bridge near Mill Creek, Oklahoma. This proactive program addresses the need for consistent, expert-led inspections and maintenance planning to mitigate risk, prioritize repairs, and support long-term asset performance.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:

Annual Bridge Inspections
We perform detailed annual inspections of the Mill Creek Bridge, evaluating the condition of each structural member and identifying any necessary repairs along with their urgency.

Maintenance Program Development
We create and maintain a comprehensive bridge maintenance program as part of the BMP, outlining required repairs, tracking progress, and providing estimated costs when requested.

Ongoing Program Implementation
We continue to manage and refine the BMP to support Martin Marietta’s infrastructure goals, ensuring timely reporting and actionable insights that guide repair strategies and investment planning.
