The Norton Crossing project represents a significant collaborative effort between Hallmark Campus Communities and the City of Whitehall, aimed at revitalizing the southern corner of Broad Street and Hamilton Road. This ambitious redevelopment initiative involved the vacation of Fairway Boulevard and the demolition of over 18 acres of condemned housing. The project is designed to breathe new life into the area and features a new apartment complex, a clubhouse, a city park, and commercial outlots. Our team played a crucial role in this endeavor by providing comprehensive site civil engineering services, which included surveying, site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, and waterline design.
