Our team led the comprehensive site civil engineering, survey, and construction management services for the 253-acre Prairie Center Retail development, completed in three phases. This involved extensive over lot grading and erosion control, including the relocation of both open channel and piped sections of an onsite drainage ditch to align with the proposed site plan. Producing the construction documents required coordination with multiple anchor retail tenants to secure their approval before construction commenced. Prairie Center Retail was recognized as an award-winning project by Colorado Construction Magazine.
