Buffalo Parkway
In order to grow their forensic engineering services in Columbus, OH, S.E.A. required a new 65,000-square-foot research and office building designed for state-of-the-art testing and evaluations. Located on 19 acres near the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, this project required extensive services from our team, including site plan design, site grading, utility design, stormwater management design, as well as civil engineering support through the construction process. To incorporate a jurisdictional stream running through the property, the building was designed with a second-story bridge above it. The project also included the design of a new 2,500-linear-foot public street (Buffalo Parkway), a 5,000-linear-foot public waterline to connect old Worthington Road to Schrock Road, and a new 5,600-linear-foot public sanitary sewer extension to serve the site.
