As part of the company management team, Neil is focused on overall geographic and services expansion as part of V3’s strategic growth initiatives.
Experience & Education
Neil has 23 years of experience in ecological engineering and natural resource construction. His in-depth knowledge of economic and project development helps create opportunities for financially responsible solutions to complex issues in watershed restoration, industry and development regulations, wet weather management and high-performance design. Neil was a founding principal of Williams Creek Consulting, an ecological engineering solutions firm that merged with V3 in January 2018.
Neil is a graduate of Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He continues to lead the national and international conversation on water sustainability through a variety of speaking engagements focusing on sustainability initiatives and Net Zero Water possibilities. Neil is actively involved with Butler University\’s Center for Urban Ecology Board of Advisers, Riley Children\’s Foundation, Lake Tippecanoe Property Owners Association (Executive Board), and the Glut 1 Deficiency Foundation. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute\’s Sustainable Development Council, International Living Future Institute, Water Environment Federation, US Green Building Council, and World Green Building Council.
