We partnered with economic specialists to support Lac Ste. Anne County and the Town of Onoway in identifying strategic opportunities for economic growth. Through a comprehensive study of the region’s
economic ecosystem, we applied a multi-criterion decision analysis (MCDA) to evaluate infrastructure, zoning, development constraints, and access to services. Our goal was to deliver data-driven recommendations that promote sustainable development across key sectors such as logistics, transportation, commercial, retail, and energy.
