We’re thrilled to announce three new members have been elected to V3 Companies’ Board of Directors. Jake Bauer, Amy Holmes, and Terry Neimeyer bring broad experience and diverse skillsets to help guide our company’s 370 employees across five regional offices.
Jake’s 15-year V3 tenure has included design and management of large-scale projects in multiple sectors including transportation, power, and commercial redevelopment. He’s participated in community outreach efforts and company leadership initiatives, in addition to serving on the Illinois chapters of ACEC and IRTBA.
Amy brings nearly 20 years of accounting leadership experience to the board, including five years at V3 which began as Controller and lead to her promotion as CFO. She’s a member of the Executive Management Team as well as several industry associations including the ACEC Finance Forum, CFMA, and Professional Construction Women of Chicago.
Terry adds over 40 years of industry leadership experience to the board, having served as KCI Technologies’ CEO and past President of ASCE/Delaware and ACEC/Maryland. He’s attained Distinguished Member status on several ASCE committees in addition to receiving countless industry awards.
This distinguished trio joins V3’s current board members: Rob Petroelje, Lou Gallucci, Ted Feenstra, Mike Famiglietti, Heidi Voirol, Gayle Roberts, and Rajan Sheth.
