V3 Companies announces the continued expansion of its industrial sector environmental services with the addition of Senior Environmental Consultant James (Jim) Brossman. Jim has more than 35 years of experience, primarily in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. He is experienced in hazardous waste regulatory compliance, Resource Conservation and Recovering Act (RCRA) permitting, agency negotiations, waste management planning, site investigations and site remediation. He has also led a hazardous waste regulatory advocacy program for a major oil company and represented company advocacy positions before trade associations, USEPA and state regulatory agencies.
Jim’s extensive expertise greatly benefits industrial clients such as oil refineries, chemical plants, pipelines, marketing terminals, remediation projects and exploration and production operations through waste management assistance and compliance support services.

Most of Jim’s career was with BP Amoco as a Global Subject Matter Expert for Waste. Jim has a Master of Science Degree in Geology from Northern Illinois University as well as a Bachelor of Science also in Geology from University of Illinois.
