Jay Miller, P.S. joined V3 through its recent merger with Bird + Bull, Inc. and is the leader of the Ohio-region Survey Practice. He has 23 years of experience in all levels of land surveying and will apply both his field and office experience in leading the growth and development of the survey team. His team consists of established professional Surveyors and Technicians that collect and process topographic field and utility data, provide construction layout services, prepare legal descriptions, easements and right of ways, plats, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. He has a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from Ohio State University and is a Professional Surveyor in Ohio.
