Andrew Gardner, P.E., CPESC, LEED-AP joined V3 through its recent merger with Bird + Bull, Inc. and is Land Development Services Leader for the Ohio region. He is responsible for leading the firm’s growth in the residential, commercial and institutional markets drawing upon his 21 years of experience of guiding projects from feasibility through design, permitting and construction on behalf of his clients. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University, is a Professional Engineer in Ohio, Kentucky and Alabama and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control.
