55 Acre Ingalls Industrial Site
In order to establish the necessary infrastructure to break a 55-acre industrial site in Ingalls, IN into three platted lots, our team provided the master developer a variety of services. The site was encumbered with floodplain and wetlands, which each had to be studied to minimize the impact to the developable portion of the lots. Additionally, Ingalls standards had outdated requirements which required Town collaboration to obtain several standards variances necessary for the desired plan. Once the lots were established, we further assisted the developer in selling the property, supporting the final owners with detailed development plans. Our heavy involvement during construction ensured design intent was met and unforeseen field conditions were handled in a timely manner.
