We partnered with Bay Creek to bring this vision forward through a refreshed master plan and the Bay Creek Design Guidelines and Pattern Book, ensuring thoughtful, cohesive development for years to come.

Master Planning
We reimagined the community’s future through a comprehensive master plan that introduces upgraded recreational spaces, a beach club, a nature center, and new residential neighborhoods designed to harmonize with the land and water.

Design Guidelines & Pattern Book
We authored the Bay Creek Design Guidelines and Pattern Book to ensure architectural consistency and a cohesive aesthetic that reflects the coastal environment and lifestyle.

Conservation Preserve Enhancements
We designed immersive outdoor amenities within the Conservation Preserve, including:

• Over 10 miles of nature trails
• Aviary overlooks and educational signage
• Community gardens and gathering spaces
• Kayak launch facilities
