Our team successfully designed and planned the new 25,000-square-foot headquarters for Bertec Corporation, located on a four-acre site at the corner of Agler Road and City Gage Boulevard. We managed the site survey, planning, layout, civil design, and permitting through the City of Columbus. The project’s key challenge was to create a layout that seamlessly integrated front office space, rear manufacturing and testing areas, and allowed for future expansion with minimal site impact. Our final design met Bertec’s goals while adhering to the City of Columbus’s stormwater and utility standards, ensuring a functional and compliant facility.
