Deer Valley
Deer Valley Estates is a residential development tucked away in Leduc, Alberta. Offering single family, duplex, and multi-family lots, as well as a commercial area, this subdivision was pleasantly planned alongside Deer Creek and multiple wildlife trails. To bring this neighborhood to life, our team managed the planning, approvals, engineering design, and construction supervision for this project, which included the planning, design, and construction of a stormwater management wet pond. The pond’s creation entailed an environmental assessment and thoughtful incorporation of the natural meanderings of the slow-moving, fish-bearing creek: a highlight of the neighborhood to this day.
