Golf Pride, the global leader in golf club grip innovation and technology, envisioned a corporate campus that reflects its leadership in golf innovation while embracing the character of Pinehurst, North Carolina. The new 36,000-square-foot headquarters includes office space, a research and development center, and a branded retail store. We provided planning and landscape architecture services to create a setting that connects the built environment with the natural landscape and fosters a sense of community.

Campus Planning
Our team developed a site plan that integrates the headquarters with its surroundings, including nearby Pinehurst No. 8 and the historic Village of Pinehurst, ensuring the campus feels connected to the local context.

Landscape Design
We designed landscaping around the building to complement the architecture and enhance curb appeal, creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Garden Courtyard
We created a private internal garden courtyard as a multifunctional space for small business gatherings, quiet retreats for employees, and informal collaboration. The design promotes a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
