This project aims to transform Pinewild Country Club—a 2,000-acre private community near historic Pinehurst—into a modern lifestyle destination while preserving its legacy. We are reimagining its final two phases, Azalea Place and The Reserve, through master planning and design, refreshing the entrance with renovated gatehouses and new monument signage, and introducing wellness-focused amenities such as a health spa, yoga studio, clubhouse, resort-style pool, expanded racquet center, event lawn, dog park, and nine miles of scenic trails. From concept development to detailed design and construction, we are delivering a cohesive vision that blends tradition with innovation.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:

Master Planning & Design
We are developing detailed site, landscape designs for a model homes complex and “Welcome Center” for Azalea Place, and a cohesive master plan for The Reserve, integrating new homes, lifestyle amenities, and natural features to create a vibrant new image for the communities’ final phases.

Entrance Enhancements
We redesigned the community’s entry gates with refurbished gatehouses and new monument signage to create a welcoming and elevated first impression.

Amenity Upgrades
We planned for new community facilities, with amenities focused on families and wellness, including a health spa, yoga studio, biophilic healing garden, clubhouse, resort-style pool, cabanas, party barn, racquet and sports center, event lawn, amphitheater, dog park, and over nine miles of scenic walking trails and boardwalks.

Full-Service Delivery
We will be guiding the client from concept development and feasibility studies through detailed design and construction, ensuring a seamless process and a vision that blends tradition with innovation.
