Today marks the retirement of Rob Petroelje – V3’s Founder, CEO for 38 years, and current Board Chair. And as impressive as those roles are, Rob has meant so much more to V3.
Rob has been the guiding light of the firm since its inception in 1983. Throughout his career, Rob displayed his gifts as a talented leader, a strategic thinker, and, most importantly, as the moral compass of the company. We affectionately call him the “Minister of Culture”, and for good reason. V3’s culture, and its core values, are the underlying, thumping heartbeat of the firm, and are inseparable from who we are and why we exist.
As we look forward to the next 40 years, we begin where Rob began in 1983 – from a foundation built on the core principles of unwavering integrity, a commitment to excellence, a focus on clients, service to our community, and most importantly – a dedication to our valued employees.
