Meet our newest shareholders!
Brian Blahous: As a Resident Engineer II, Brian manages large-scale construction projects, overseeing every project facet from proposal to closeout. He is an integral part of our Construction Corridor Management team for the massive ISTHA I-490 Elgin O’Hare Western Access project. “Brian’s extensive experience in the construction industry, coupled with his leadership skills and tenacious work ethic, has made him an invaluable addition to the V3 shareholder family.” – Matt Powers, Chicago Construction Engineering Group Leader
Rozanne Ferguson: Our Director of Marketing has been with us since 2014, managing our business development proposals and pursuits, while also overseeing our internal and external messaging, designs, and creative assets. “Rozanne has provided outstanding leadership for our Marketing and Communications teams that has been instrumental to our growth and success. Elora Hsu: Elora’s responsibilities as a Senior Project Engineer include being the technical lead on projects, facilitating funding and grant applications, client coordination, and more. In addition she has been involved in several employee enrichment programs, such as the Emerging Leaders Program, and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee. “Elora has been a key contributor in the growth and success of the T&ME group and has strengthened V3’s Phase I experience throughout her career. Todd Long: As Transportation Group Leader, Todd has been instrumental in helping to bring a light-construction group and ecological restoration group to our Ohio region. He has grown our transportation team while actively bidding on work with ODOT, local municipalities, and other opportunities. “Todd’s extensive project management skills, and leadership style bring a fresh perspective to the Columbus Office. As the leader of our T&ME group, he has become a great mentor for our young group of engineers. He has also been a champion for introducing new service lines to the Ohio Region which is instrumental in meeting our goals to grow in Ohio.” – Andrew Gardner, Columbus Regional Manager
Dennis Terry: Dennis provides valuable mentorship as a Senior Project Manager for the Charlotte team. He oversees a significant portion of projects and revenue for the region, helping us earn repeat business from satisfied clients such as Spacecraft, who is currently engaged in multiple mixed-use projects. “Dennis has built an incredible career by demonstrating leadership in every facet of his roles and responsibilities. He is the consummate professional that strives diligently to provide clients with impeccable service from start to finish in the project’s cycle. Mike Wallin: As a Resident Construction Manager, Mike oversees projects predominately with our municipal clients, which vary from sidewalk to improvements to roadway reconstruction projects. His unique skill set, geology education, and past work history has brought us extensive expertise in materials testing and earth excavation and embankment. “Mike is one of the most versatile employees within our division. He has worked on everything from sidewalk improvements to large IDOT reconstruction projects. Every client he has worked for has appreciated his dedication and commitment to each project.
