Corvid Technologies Building II
As a cutting-edge technology solution provider, Corvid Technologies needed a state-of-the-art facility for their main campus. Our team rose to the challenge, planning for an inspiring space that was both functional and beautiful. Located near the Langtree development in Mooresville, this new, four-story 88,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ office along the front of Lake Davidson, met the needs of the engineers and scientists working within. The project also entailed an adjacent ancillary 25,000 square foot R&D lab. In addition to the building, nearly 5,000 linear feet of road design and engineering was required for a sewer force main during the first phase of the development.
