Located near the Langtree development in Mooresville, our team provided master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for a new four story 88,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ office along the front of Lake Davidson. The project entails an adjacent ancillary 25,000 square foot R&D lab. Nearly 5,000 linear feet of road design and engineering was required for a sewer force main which is the first phase of the development.
