R3: Roots, Reach, Rise
R3 is our early career onboarding program for employees with 0-3 years of experience, designed to support growth as they build careers at V3. This non-technical program focuses on strengthening core professional skills, building connections across V3, and helping participants take ownership of their development.
Participants get access to a variety of learning opportunities, from Subject Matter Expert sessions led by our seasoned professionals to peer community groups that help each other connect and reflect on key topics.
Gather & Grow
Gather & Grow is a volunteer-based group mentorship program where diverse groups meet on a regular basis to discuss topics of interest and learn from one another’s experiences. Groups are comprised of individuals from different regions and service lines, which will lead to an enriched learning experience.
Recognizing that every employee has the potential to be both a teacher and a student, this program is designed to foster internal growth and expertise. It aims to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that not only inspires but also motivates employees to share knowledge and experiences.
Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) embodies our commitment to growing and developing the next generation of outstanding leaders. It is designed to provide a structured, yet highly engaging and interactive experience with a robust curriculum on various leadership topics and a mixture of internal and external facilitators. The intention is to guide and assist individuals who wish to fully develop their leadership potential through their aptitude, natural gifts, and concerted efforts.
Through hands-on learning opportunities and peer mentorship, ELP participants broaden their knowledge on V3 while deepening their specialized skills. Each ELP class develops a project they believe will improve our firm, helping to shape our future. In fact, Gather & Grow was created by a previous ELP class!
Senior Leadership Program
Our Senior Leadership Program is designed to not only create stronger individual leaders, but also to develop trust and cohesion amongst our leaders, rising stars, and high-potential employees to allow us to thrive in an increasingly complex business environment.
This learning experience develops further understanding of and alignment with V3’s history, values, and vision as an entrepreneurial, generational employee-owned firm and helps individuals gain self-awareness of personal leadership styles through origins, strengths, and possible areas to pivot for further growth. Leaders also learn how this translates to the growth and motivation of an engaged team.
