V3 has been recognized in the 2023 Healthiest Employers of Illinois and Indiana award programs, created to honor people-first organizations that prioritize the well-being of their employee population.
This is the fourth year running that V3 has been recognized as a top healthiest employer because of its commitment to workplace wellness and exceptional health and benefits offerings. Even with many employees returning to the office or to hybrid schedules, V3 has adapted its workforces to reflect the ever-changing views of the modern office. Increased flexibility, work-life balance, and mental health resources have proven to be common trends among Healthiest Employers honorees.
V3 is ten years into the life of the REVITALIZE Wellness Program and it continues to inspire connection and wellbeing across the firm. The REVITALIZE Committee is made up of a very diverse group of people, hailing from different geographical regions and backgrounds and representing a broad cross-section of responsibilities in the company. Their passion and dedication are valued and appreciated by every participant.

I personally have enjoyed the opportunity to engage firsthand with many participants (at all fitness levels) by participating in weekly group bike rides throughout the summer. It offers the chance to get out in the evening in the fresh air, enjoy some cycling, and some social time afterwards,” said Lou Gallucci, President & CEO.
