V3 proudly offers multiple employee enrichment programs that open the door to personal and professional growth. Our social responsibility program—VSR—empowers us to give back to the communities where we live and work; learn more about VSR and how this initiative is integral to who we are.
What is VSR?
VSR stands for “V3 Social Responsibility” and reflects our fifth core value, Service to Community. Founded in 2015, VSR allows team members to give back and make a difference in the places we live and work through annual volunteer opportunities and events. Through philanthropic and sustainability activities, VSR aims to inspire team members to contribute to the greater good.
Full-time team members receive eight hours of volunteer time off (VTO) each year to participate in a cause they care about, from environmental cleanup to affordable housing. These VTO events provide team members with meaningful ways to engage with their communities and each other, building strong relationships through service.

In addition to off-site volunteer opportunities, VSR regularly organizes food drives, recycling events, and environmental education opportunities so team members can continue getting involved and making a difference even after using VTO hours.
