V3 Board of Directors 2026 Update

May 26, 2026

At the annual Shareholders meeting held in April, our shareholders elected a new slate of directors while honoring our outgoing Chair Gayle Roberts in her final meeting.  We are proud to welcome two new outside board members—Andy Platz and Cindy Milrany—along with our new Board Chair, Terry Neimeyer. This esteemed collection of industry experts will be invaluable in shaping the next phase of our firm’s journey, especially when paired with the diverse perspectives of our internal team.  The shareholders also elected two internal directors, Jake Bauer and Amy Holmes, who will both be serving their second 3-year terms.

During her time with us, Gayle had an incredibly positive impact on our firm through her guidance on the board as a member and then as our first Chair beyond our founder Rob Petroelje, her mentorship to many of our team members through her various committee leadership roles, and most of all through her friendship and commitment to our people.  Gayle will be missed but always remembered for her role in our success.

“I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve on the V3 Companies Board of Directors over the past seven years, including two as Chair. During that time, the company experienced tremendous growth, expanded across new regions, and successfully navigated CEO transitions—all while remaining grounded in its core values. I leave with great confidence in the company’s future and a strong belief that the best is yet to come.”

Gayle Roberts

Terry has served on V3’s board for the past three years and now steps into his second term as the Chair of the Board.  He has over four decades of delivering exceptional insights within growing professional services and engineering-focused businesses, primarily as the CEO of KCI Technologies. He is a huge Baltimore sports fan and enjoys biking and traveling with an upcoming bucket list item to attend the Olympics in Los Angeles.

Andy joins us from Mead & Hunt, where he’s spent his entire career helping to build the firm into a Top 100 ENR firm with over 1500 employees, his last several years as the CEO. Like V3, he’s passionate about helping people reach their professional goals through intentional growth opportunities and he is a leading industry proponent of employee-owned firms.  He enjoys time with his family and enjoys many outdoor activities including running, fishing, and hunting.

Cindy worked with Freese and Nichols for forty years, where among other achievements throughout her career, she helped lead the firm to its National Malcolm Baldrige Award designation in 2010 and 2024. Having served as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, she had leadership impact on operations, strategy, and the overall culture and growth of her firm. She’s held multiple board seats across several non-profit organizations—aligning with our Service to Community core value—and holds a BS in Accounting from Texas Christian University.

V3’s Board of Directors also includes internal team members Pat Kennedy, Greg Wolterstorff, Jake Bauer, Amy Holmes, Mike Famiglietti, and Heidi Voirol.

We are thrilled to have this group guiding our path forward as a thriving employee-owned firm.
