About Healthiest Employer
Launched in 2009, Healthiest Employer began to shine a spotlight on organizations devoted to putting their people’s health first. The program considers a robust criteria set including:
- Culture and leadership commitment
- Wellness program foundations
- Strategic planning
- Marketing and communications
- Programming and interventions
- Reporting and analytics
Awards are given to the top three contenders in each employee-total bracket. This year, V3 placed #2 for both Illinois and Indiana in the “150-499 employee” category: an amazing accomplishment!
Putting people ahead of profits
Our REVITALIZE wellness program reflects V3’s core values by creating meaningful opportunities for our people to thrive both at work and at home. Even though we’ve won Healthiest Employer multiple times, we aren’t resting on our laurels; in fact, two years ago the REVITALIZE committee recognized the need to refresh our program’s structure and vendor platform to increase engagement and boost efficiency. The committee’s ultimate goal is to continuously rejuvenate the program and enhance benefits for all employees year after year.
Every quarter, REVITALIZE plans fun and unique ways to get moving and achieve physical, social, and financial wellness goals. In 2024 we’ve embarked on walking challenges, improved our sleep habits, destressed with mid-day meditation, biked to work, and more!
