Our employee enrichment programs are a direct reflection of our core values and give our team members engaging opportunities to give back, achieve goals, and have fun together. Every year we encourage our employees to explore personal and professional growth though a rotating calendar of events, and 2025 was no exception. Having just kicked off our 2026 REVITALIZE program, we thought it’d be fun to look back on all the ways we made a difference for ourselves, our teams, and our communities last year.
REVITALIZE
Our award-winning wellness program encourages employees and their spouses to reach their physical, mental, and financial goals by offering participation incentive points that add up to an annual monetary reward. In 2025, we paid out $85,173 to employees in rewards thanks to impressive firmwide participation!
The REVITALIZE team organizes workshops and activities to keep momentum and motivation flowing. Activities included:

- Quarterly walking challenges and Adventure Club bingo cards
- Bike-to-work challenge
- Virtual paint and sip class
- Planting desktop gardens
- Sleep hygiene class
- Eye yoga
- Push Your Boundaries challenge
- Blood drives
Thanks to these efforts and more, V3 was recognized as both an Illinois and Indiana Healthiest Employer for the sixth consecutive year!

VSR
Our social responsibility program connects our team to nonprofits across North America that positively impact the places where we live and work. Every team member receives eight hours of volunteer time off (VTO) to participate in a charitable activity such as building homes or cleaning green spaces.
Across regions we participated in:
Alberta – Canstruction Edmonton
The Carolinas – Veterans Bridge Home donation sorting, Festival of Trees event
Indiana – Indianapolis Eastside neighborhood cleanup, White River Cleanup
Illinois – DuPage River cleanup, Habitat for Humanity (Spring & Fall), Conservation Foundation – Belrose Clearing
Ohio – Licking County River Roundup




Career Growth
Career development and recognition is a major focus at V3. We celebrate our team’s skills and encourage continued growth through:
Emerging Leaders Program (ELP): This initiative encourages team members to work with people across specialties and offices to gain valuable leadership skills. In 2025, our fourth ELP class organized the annual company retreat before concluding their two-year leadership building experience.
Career Charters: This program replaces the traditional annual review format in favor of creating actionable career advancement plans. Employees sit down with their supervisor to establish clear goals for growth and fulfillment, mapping out short and long-term action items.
Workiversaries & High-5s: We love shouting out team members for hitting major career milestones and going above and beyond.
Gather & Grow: A new volunteer-based group mentorship program developed, bringing together employees from throughout the organization to share knowledge and learn from each other. The program fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment where every participant can be both a teacher and a learner.

FUN Committee
We love finding reasons to party! Our FUN Committee is always planning new in-office and after-hours events that help us strengthen our teams while loosening up.
FUN events included:
