Tom Foster has been promoted to V3’s Chief Estimator! In addition to our established contracting operation in the Chicagoland area, we’ve recently added contracting capabilities in the Columbus, Ohio area and plan to expand into other V3 regions in the future. In this role, Tom will lead the estimating department and work with local teams to coordinate the bidding of V3’s construction and ecological projects across the firm. His expertise in project evaluation, constructability, and bid strategy will create a uniform approach that will maximize V3’s contracting success.
For the past 25 years, Tom has brought tremendous value to V3 by skillfully executing an annual bid volume in excess of $70 million! As we grow this number to even greater heights, Tom is the ideal candidate to manage our estimating team to future success.
