Thanks to our employees’ enthusiasm and feedback, we placed 6th for firms over 200 employees and 7th for Civil Engineering firms. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re so proud to be recognized in a contest that takes their opinions and experiences into account, as well as our mission, values, and culture.
Organized by the Zweig Group, this award acknowledges AEC firms that prioritize a work culture where employees feel valued and able to grow. Firms were evaluated based on retention rates, benefits, professional development opportunities, and more. With nearly 80 firms ranked between our two qualifying categories, it’s inspiring and humbling to land in the top 10 for each.
Investing in our employees continues to be our number one priority. Through our Employee Enrichment programs such as VSR, Revitalize, Career Charters, and Emerging Leaders, our goal is to provide opportunities for growth, inspiration, and personal and professional satisfaction.
