After nearly a year of searching for the right location, this growing group has found a stunning new home located in Charlotte’s Lower South End (or “LoSo”) neighborhood. V3 Southeast has experienced significant growth since V3 acquired Bloc Design in March 2022. After increasing the team by 55%, it became clear the old Charlotte office was too cramped and could no longer support company goals.
Employee feedback was a huge factor in choosing the right environment. We surveyed our team to better understand what would make an inspiring, productive workspace and took our time to find a space that checked off as many boxes as possible. The new 11,500 square-foot office space is nearly three times the size of the old office, giving everyone room to breathe and expand. Just steps away from up-and-coming restaurants, coffee shops, and fitness centers, this location provides our Charlotte team the work/life environment they desired.
The space boasts a contemporary, industrial style that welcomes team members and guests alike. With indoor and outdoor spaces designed for collaboration and connection, this office is bright and open with an inviting patio overlooking downtown Charlotte. Directly beside the building is the Scaleybark Light Rail stop for easy transportation and commuting.
V3 Continues to Grow
Charlotte is the latest V3 office to make a move; our Columbus team also recently upgraded into a larger, more modern facility, and we are currently looking for new space for our Indy location. Creating welcoming work environments for all our employees is of major importance to us, because when team members feel comfortable and engaged with their surroundings and team, the sky’s the limit for what they can achieve.
