We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Terry as our Charlotte Land Development Group Leader! In this role, Dennis will use his transformative design, planning, and site management experience to help improve the livability and quality of life in the Carolinas and beyond.
Dennis has 28 years of industry expertise, with an expansive portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, urban development, residential, urban infill and adaptive reuse, industrial, sports and entertainment, and park and recreation projects. He joined V3 in 2020 and immediately invigorated the Charlotte team with his strong leadership and vision for functional, aesthetically pleasing environments.
His ability to build strong client relationships and provide supportive site development project management has resulted in countless impactful projects across Charlotte, including Crown Plaza, which won a 2025 ACEC North Carolina Engineering Excellence Honors Award for Site Design. Dennis became a shareholder in 2023 and inspires both our team and clients with his unending enthusiasm for impactful project designs.
