In its continuing mission to reward outstanding performance and contributions to the firm’s growth, V3 Companies has named two employees as new shareholders.
Stephanie Lindemann, Director of Human Resources, will be celebrating her 14-year anniversary with V3 this year. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a total of 25 years of experience. Stephanie contributes greatly to one of V3’s key core values: commitment to employees. She oversees the firm’s benefits program, insurance, training efforts, recruitment and ongoing employee satisfaction initiatives.
Robert Murdock, P.E., CFM, is Senior Project Manager/International Water Leader and is celebrating his two-year anniversary with V3. Bob has more than 27 years of experience nationally and internationally with a focus on water sourcing and delivery in the Caribbean and Latin America. Bob’s focus is to further expand and continue to accelerate the growth of V3’s international water practice, capitalizing on both his experience and V3’s established expertise and project resume in the field. Fluent in French and Spanish, he travels often to Central America and V3’s Haiti office to provide project management, technical expertise and business development efforts.
“We’re extremely proud to welcome these two outstanding individuals to our diverse group of shareholders,” said CEO Rob Petroelje. “Their contributions have helped make us a firm that’s known for putting our employees at the forefront of our decision-making and enhanced our reputation as a company with a clear entrepreneurial orientation and focus on growth. We look forward to them being members of our shareholder family for years to come. It is a pleasure to welcome Stephanie and Bob as owners of V3 Companies.”
