Our own Jennifer Maercklein has been named the ASCE IL Section’s 2023 Civil Engineer of the Year! This prestigious award is given to engineers who exemplify excellence in complex projects, dedication to professional organizations, and giving back through humanitarian activities, qualities which Jennifer demonstrates in all her work at V3 and beyond.
Over her 25-year career, Jennifer has established herself as a highly respected industry leader. She’s worked with countless noteworthy clients including the Illinois Tollway, DuPage County, and Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRD), while also mentoring and investing in the professional development and success of her peers. Clients and coworkers alike regularly praise her organizational and team-building skills; no matter the size or challenges before her, Jennifer delivers excellence at every step.
